Requirements​

​

• Possess a love for animals and people  

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to handle Mandarin speaking clients a bonus

• Strong client service and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

• Computer literate

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk work within the health care industry useful, with a need to spell and understand commonly used terminology in veterinary medicine.

• Ability to work Saturdays and nights

Responsibilities

​

You will be the face of our veterinary care team, ensuring clients and their animals receive the exceptional service that we are known for via prompt communication and compassion in a calm and confidant manner.

​

As part of our team, you will handle initial telephone calls or emails from clients, welcome them to the clinic, ensure they are seen quickly and efficiently, and on occasion assist the veterinary staff. 

 

You will also manage the completion of client paperwork, take payments, maintain records and perform other administration and cleaning tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

 

Last, you should possess the diplomatic skills needed to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding.

Part Time/Full Time ​Veterinary Surgeon

Requirements

​

• Possess a veterinary degree recognized by the Agri-food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore   

• Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per work week including 2 Saturdays per month.  

​

Responsibilities

​

We are looking for a charismatic vet who is confident and competent in routine surgery and able to work without supervision. It is essential that the suitable candidate have a client oriented approach and possess great interpersonal skills. 

​

Our practice comes equipped with the usual toys including digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, in-house lab, tonopen and fantastic support from the rest of the team.

Veterinary Nurse/Assistant

​

Your dedication will be integral in providing a top notch client experience focused on communication and animal care. 

​

You will be trained to insert IV catheters, take bloods, set fluids, take radiograph and position animals for ultrasound. Suitable applicant be offered a chance to apply for a Certificate in Veterinary Technology or Veterinary Nursing  online course after a period of work with us.  

​

Your position will encompass a 5 day work week, inclusive of 1:2 Saturdays. Shifts will rotate through medicine, surgery and lab. 

​

Continuing education is supported and encouraged.
