Dr Chan Li Jun
BVetMed (London) MRCVS
Practice Manager
Dr Chan graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), UK, in 2000. She began her career in small animal practice in Essex and Oxfordshire before returning to Singapore.
In 2011, she co-founded Town Vets and has been its Practice Manager since its beginnings. Drawing on her veterinary background, she oversees the day-to-day running and development of the clinic, with a focus on good patient care, clear communication and supporting the team.
Outside the clinic, Dr Chan enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and discovering good food. She also shares her home with her much-loved Singapore Special.
Amanda Soh
Head Nurse
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Western Australia and a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
As Town Vets’ Head Nurse, she oversees the nursing team and plays an important role in maintaining high standards of patient care and the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. She brings extensive hands-on experience, a practical approach and a strong commitment to good nursing care.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys grooming and training her dogs, aquascaping, shrimp keeping and fishing.
Kai
Veterinary Nurse
Kai originally trained in Marine and Offshore Technology, specialising in Naval Architecture, before her love of animals led her to a career in veterinary nursing.
She holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and works as both a veterinary nurse and Town Vets’ Inventory Manager, helping to coordinate the clinic’s medications, supplies and day-to-day inventory needs.
Kai has a particular fondness for cats. Outside of work, she enjoys anime, makeup, MMORPGs and discovering new places to eat.
Neil Soriano
Veterinary Nurse
Neil trained in the Philippines, earning degrees in Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine from Central Luzon State University.
Since moving to Singapore, he has worked in veterinary practice as part of the Town Vets nursing team, supporting our veterinarians in the day-to-day care of patients. He has a particular interest in surgery and diagnostic imaging.
Outside the clinic, Neil enjoys watching sports, online gaming and spending time with his family.
Dorothy Tsang
Veterinary Nurse
Dorothy’s interest in animal care began while volunteering with the Singapore SPCA and later working in pet grooming. She has since completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Dorothy enjoys hands-on nursing care and has a particular affinity for cats. She is especially good with nervous feline patients, using gentle handling and low-stress techniques to help make their visits more comfortable.
Outside of work, Dorothy enjoys making cardboard houses and toys for her cats, cooking, spending time outdoors and being with family and friends.
Elizabeth Seow
Veterinary Nurse
Elizabeth holds a Diploma in Veterinary Technology from Temasek Polytechnic, driven by her interest in animal care across a wide range of species.
As a Veterinary Nurse at Town Vets, she enjoys building her clinical experience and applying her knowledge to the day-to-day care of patients.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys training her pets, crocheting and dancing to her favourite music.
