The Newest Addition to our team: Dr Sophia Wong

We welcome Dr Sophia from the 1st September 2021 to Town Vets! Dr Sophia graduated from the University of Edinburgh in the UK.
Further completing post graduate studies at the European School of Veterinary Post-graduate Studies (ESVPS), she is a certificate holder in Exotic Animal Practice. She has been working in small animal practice, in Singapore since 2013.

She enjoys dog and cat medicine, as well as medicine, imaging and surgery of birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, rabbits, and other species. She endeavours to provide the best veterinary care to animals, and is committed to supporting owners in their knowledge and husbandry of their pets.

Outside of work, she is a keen swimmer and spends time with family and expanding menagerie of three mongrels and a cat.

Public Holidays 2021: Closure Period

We are closed on public holidays.

Should your pet require urgent care, Please call Westside Emergency Services at 64637228 for an appointment there.

⭐️Appointments: There are no restrictions on the types of appointments we can see. All consultations are by appt only. Please do not walk-in. In an event of an emergency, please allow us to triage your pet over the phone prior to coming over to ensure we have the facilities & staff on hand.  Please ring the doorbell to let us know you are here if no one is by the front desk.

⭐️Check-in: 2 owners per pet are allowed into the consult room. 

 

⭐️Safe-Entry: All persons entering the clinic require check-in via the TRACE-TOGETHER App or token. 
We request visitors who are showing signs of Acute Respiratory Infection (Cough, smell/taste impairment, fever, breathing difficulties, body aches, headaches, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhoea, and / or runny nose (even if your symptoms are mild) to refrain from entering the premise.
 
⭐️Prescriptions: We continue to offer courier delivery for medication and food purchases.

 

⭐️Payment: Payment should be made via Paynow and Paywave only.  

 

⭐️ Communication: To improve clinic-client communication and to stay updated, please use the Telegram App to reach out to us- https://t.me/townvets. Videos, discharge instructions and follow-ups will be sent via this channel.
